About apostilles
A certification with an apostille is an additional certification by the regional court, which is usually only required for foreign countries or consulates. Please inquire whether you need an apostille. Apostilles can factor into your order in two ways:
- You’re submitting a document that already has an apostille enclosed
- You’d like to have one or more apostilles included with your translation
Apostilles already included on the document are not the same as apostilles on translations. Apostilles on the document can only be issued by the authority that issued the document. Apostilles on translations can only be issued by the relevant state authority where the document was issued. You can obtain apostilles for Ukrainian, Russian or English translations supplied by us on your own (including by post) from the Saarbrücken Regional Court.
About custom translations
We’ll translate any document you throw at us. Beyond the standard options available in this order form, you can select “Other Documents” to send us any kind of individual document for translation.
The pricing for those will have to be negotiated, but if you’re paying for your order straight away, there will be no delay in processing of those documents that you order and pay for right now. We will separately contact you about the custom jobs and their pricing.
